To overcome them, we expanded into manufacturing—embracing twin-sheet thermoforming and helping develop early sequentially fed processes that enabled stronger, more efficient designs.

When the industry needed a more efficient shipping container, Shuert invented one: the Uni-Pak. A first-of-its-kind design, it combined a twin-sheet thermoformed pallet and top with a heavy-duty corrugated sleeve, secured by our patented slide-lock mechanism. The result was a durable, reusable alternative to traditional, limited-life packaging systems.

Our proprietary in-line process combines extrusion, thermoforming, trimming, and assembly into a single continuous operation—delivering the consistency, speed, and scale required for widespread adoption.

We took pallet performance further with the development of the rackable Uni-Pallet.
